Dynamic Pricing Leader for E-Commerce

In collaboration with divisions and the marketing and sales organization you will be developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies for the Electrification product portfolio assigned to E-commence.

Your responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Lead of eCommerce Category Management responsible to develop an eCommerce pricing strategy in the framework of and following the guardrail of the pricing strategy of the Electrification divisions.
  • Collaborating closely with Division, Global Product Managers and eCommerce format leaders and global pricing to determine best pricing strategies and make continuous optimization.
  • Being accountable for monitoring and analyzing the impact of price changes and for reporting insights and recommendations for pricing adjustments to management.
  • Assuming responsibility for analysis of promotional activities, reporting results and recommendations to Category Managers and for improving analytics methodologies and processes.
  • Keeping track of competitor pricing strategies and market strategies as well as retail data and derives pricing recommendations from research analysis.

Your background

  • Substantial experience in managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives and creating pricing process documentation.
  • Profound knowledge and understanding of dynamic pricing strategies and concepts and successful track record in developing winning pricing structures with positive impact on profit margins.
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for dealing with numerical data together with a keen sense for details.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills and ability to visualize numerical data in meaningful ways for communication to management.
  • Sound understanding of pricing from an eCommerce perspective in a global B2B business environment.
  • Academic background in business administration or similar relevant field.
