In this position, you will support the Digital team in driving and developing the daily E-commerce operations. Not only will you work very closely with all Digital department’s team members in HQ, but you will also have a transversal approach, hence interacting with our Supply Chain or Marketing departments, with our teams on the markets, and with Client Relations Centers (CRC).


As the E-commerce Development & Operations specialist you will support day-to-day management of the international CRC platforms and you will work on improvement initiatives related to the business process, the systems and the people.

Those CRCs are communication and sales platforms. They handle all inquiries from final customers of our Group’s Maisons from pre-sales to after-sales activities through multiple communication channels including phone, email or social media. These platforms are managed by the Group and they are an essential enabler of the omnichannel experience, as they reconcile online and offline worlds for a seamless customer experience.


Operational tasks:

  • Follow-up on E-commerce orders,in collaboration with CRCs, Fraud & Payment, Finance, Logistics, Operations & Systems Support
  • Support the CRCs by providing brand, product, marketing & communication and after-sales updates
  • High value timepieces stock management through our different E-commerce channels
  • HQ point of contact for the treatment of ad hoc requestsin coordination with our international markets
  • Maintenance of global E-Boutique sales supports (e-mail content, sales conditions, Stationery & Brand Packaging)

Strategic tasks:

  • Monitor and follow up on CRC metrics from a global standpoint. Ensure we have a solid baseline to measure performance and proactively make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support or lead the execution of various E-commerce projects related to CRC and digital operations. Conduct benchmarks about customer relationships and supply chain approaches across luxury brands

Profile

  • Natural ability to communicate and to be customer-oriented
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactivity
  • Sales, service and result-driven
  • Proficiency with and strong interest in IT systems (working knowledge of SAP)
  • French and English a must, any other language a plus
