We are looking for an outstanding E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser to join our Dickies team.

They began making tough denim bib overalls for ranchers, farmhands and other workers around the Southwest. Since then, Dickies has spent nearly a century crafting innovative workwear known for its performance, durability and comfort. To this day, Dickies continues its long legacy of designing quality workwear at a price anyone can afford. What began as a humble denim bib overall company has grown into a worldwide force, weaving together cultural movements with a rigorous commitment to straightforward style and long lastingingenuity.

Let’s talk about the role!


As the eCommerce Visual Merchandiser your role within Dickies is key to execute merchandising strategies that maximize sales, margin, inventory turnover, visual presentation and customer satisfaction whilst also fulfilling the following aspects of the role:


  • Executing eCommerce go to market operations including maintaining the eCommerce digital catalogue.

  • Focusing on catalogue creation, product flows, site maintenance and ensure data accuracy.

  • Driving merchandising and sequencing with an eye for detail and color as well as metric performance.

  • Thrive to maximize sales from search and provide insights and analysis on a weekly basis.

  • Providing support with purchase orders and stock management activities - orders upload, replenishment upload, out of stock removal, etc.

  • Monitoring Business weekly, monthly, and quarterly to report on KPIs, campaign success, inventory, product sales, top conversion paths, and merchandising.

  • Working with various 3rd parties and a cross functional team to execute all site updates such as navigation and SEO optimization.


As eCommerce Visual Merchandiser you will play a key role to further strengthen and develop and support the growth of our .com business.


  • Full alignment with overall go-to-market calendar to ensure seamless execution and strong accelerated growth.

  • Constantly striving for innovation and to optimize ways of working by contributing in setting up new processes, tools and report.

  • You will be able to organize and priorities workload to meet deadlines.

  • You are self motivated, flexible, and able to handle large volumes of work

What you need to succeed?


  • 3+ yrs. of relevant work experience with proven track record in eCommerce Merchandising

  • Deep understanding of the fast-paced digital environment and merchandising success factors on digital platforms

  • Experience with Bloomreach or equivalent merchandising tools

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Outstanding business acumen

  • Consumer-first, data savvy and brand-driven mindset

  • Highly performance driven and result-oriented team player who is getting things done

  • High maturity in managing organizational complexity and effective communication

  • Strategic and operational decision-making

  • Language skills: fluent in English and preferably min. one more EU language

  • Basic knowledge of SEO

  • GA
