Position Summary

As an eCommerce Operations Manager , you will manage the day-to-day activities of the eCommerce boutiques (Responsive Website & mobile applications) by ensuring eCommerce boutiques provide the best user experience to convert visitors into satisfied customers and contributing to the overall objective of providing best-in-class digital user experience across eCommerce boutiques. You will also manage a team dedicated to the eCommerce boutiques (eMerchandising Coordinators, UX & SEO Project Manager & Insights Coordinator).

A Day in the Life of an eCommerce Operations Manager
  • Ensure brand consistency of digital experiences delivered on all digital boutiques
  • Ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from call-to-actions to landing pages
  • Coordinate the integration of all product launches and digital campaigns into the content management systems (copy, visuals, banners...) for both global and local campaigns
  • Manage planning of activities & resources, ensuring enough time for set-up, test and final publishing
  • Support all other departments to implement their projects that have an online dimension
  • Monitor digital KPIs with a strong focus on Sales, and Customer Experience
  • Build Insights on Online Customer Journey and turn them into actions from merchandising optimizations to maximize channel performance through A/B tests activities and personalization
  • Lead a strong team where all members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
  • Monitor individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology
  • Build the Nespresso culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism

What Will Make You Successful
  • Business Degree
  • 4 years’ experience in Digital & eCommerce platforms
  • Experience in direct on-line sales management
  • Previous experience in people management
  • Understanding of the online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites
  • Fluent in English and French or German
