About the Teams and Locations

Observability (EMEA)

While IT systems and applications become increasingly more complex, Elastic’s Observability solution provides actionable insights on the runtime behavior of such systems. On the Observability team you’ll work with engineers on components (written in different languages, such as Go, Java, Node.js) for collection, processing and visualization of log, metric and trace data.

Security (AMER)

The Elastic Security team builds a suite of applications and web services that help users in organizations of all sizes to prevent, detect, and respond to computer security threats like ransomware, password stealing, and other software exploits. Engineering projects on the Security team span frontend UI systems, web application backends, distributed cloud services, and endpoint applications (Windows, Mac, and Linux).

Enterprise Search (AMER or EMEA)

On the Enterprise Search team you’ll work alongside expert Ruby and JavaScript engineers adding new features to Elastic Enterprise Search. The Enterprise Search solution makes it easy for developers to connect their data to Elasticsearch, configure and optimize search engines, and deliver great search experiences powered by the Elastic stack.

Platform (AMER or EMEA)

We created the Platform Team by combining the Elastic Cloud and Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Logstash) teams. The future of Elastic is in our cloud-based business, and this reorganization enables us to build products with a cloud-first mindset.
