What you do
  • Responsibility for all aspects of E3 (Electromagnetic Environment Effects, i.e. EMC, HIRF, IEL and DEL) for both new development projects as well as modifications activities for the existing PC 12 and PC 24 aircraft
  • Provide E3 certification strategies, prepare and conduct certification testing, and write certification documents
  • Review supplier system and component E3 test plans and reports
  • Liaise with certification authorities, suppliers and test houses
  • Participate in the architecture definition of new electrical systems and support electrical and mechanical systems teams during systems’ validation and verification process
What you bring
  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years engineering experience in aircraft electrical systems, EMC, HIRF, IEL and DEL
  • Proficient understanding of DO-160 Sections 20, 21, 22, and 23. Knowledge in other DO-160 sections will be advantageous
  • Sound knowledge of aircraft electrical systems development and certification
  • Fluency in English (C1 or above), German will be considered an advantage during the recruitment process
  • Hands-on person with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and multicultural environment
