EMBA Program Coordinator


The Job’s Mission

Administer and coordinate IMD’s Executive MBA program, ensuring the quality of all program logistics and supporting all aspects of the delivery of the program in coordination with the Dean of EMBA, the EMBA Associate Dean and the program team members.


Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Collaborating closely with the Dean of EMBA, the Associate Dean and the program team members to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Ensure program logistics including the organization & delivery of on-campus modules and discovery expeditions in different global destinations (including: accommodation, transportation, F&B, program events, social activities, conference requirements, speakers, etc). Travel involved.
  • Coordinate different program delivery formats; face to face, online and blended.
  • Coordinate daily program and teaching material for discovery expeditions and on-campus modules, working with faculty and program staff.
  • Communicate with and provide support to participants in a timely manner for duration of program (at a distance and on residential modules).
  • Develop, manage and update the program’s learning platform in coordination/collaboration with the program team.
  • Work within relevant program budgets, process invoices and update regularly budget performance in coordination with the program team.
  • Execute general administrative duties within the team.
  • Liaise effectively and courteously with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor projects for the EMBA department. Track projects progress against goals and schedule.


Education
  • Bachelor’s


Experience
  • Preferred work experience in environment with demanding external and internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Mature, hard-working, conscientious and flexible
  • Proactive and capable of working with limited supervision
  • Ability to adapt to change and respond quickly
  • Computer literate (MS Office necessary, Salesforce and Canvas are a plus)
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible to work some evenings, weekends and travel as required
  • Strong team player who can work independently
  • Ability to think creatively and challenge the status-quo
  • Assertive nature, able to present ideas effectively and manage diverse stakeholder interests
