EMEA Service Care Growth Sr. Manager based in Zuchwil

Overview

The Service Growth Manager will work with a talented team of service team members to direct and execute capital projects from inception through launch in the appropriate region. Develops timelines, oversees activities for the entire project team and takes responsibility for project completion and service business integrations across all aspects of our DePuy Synthes Service Care. Interfacing with cross functional capital equipment teams across DePuy Synthes to implement our business and technical processes. Seeking to understand the performance goals of the Service Care business and translate them into regional and local performance capabilities. In this role, you will create/execute plans for deployment and ongoing support of capital service products within the respective region.

Further Responsibilities And Duties Are
  • Represent Service Care in Regional LEX Workstreams
    • Weekly/Bi-Weekly LEX meetings with focus markets from LEX kick-off through to +6 months post-launch
    • Regional support and consultancy for all key activities specific to Service Care strategy, infrastructure and implementation
  • Work with the specific countries
  • Establish the global Service Care framework
  • Modify the framework per country within guidelines based on
    • Market size
    • Local laws and guidance
    • Systems availability
    • Maturity of capital selling and management
  • Test the process and procedures; align with:
    • Base Business and Service Quality
    • Supply Chain - Spare Parts
    • Service Center - local /regional/global support
    • Financial flows for service
    • Physical flows for service (deliver, repairs and returns)
    • Customer complaints and escalations
    • Planned and unplanned service
    • Trouble shooting
    • SW Update process (planned and unplanned)
    • HW Update process (planned and unplanned)
  • Communications with global team
    • Provide updates & recommendations on market launch readiness; hold local team accountable for ensuring appropriate provisions are in place for a successful launch
    • Gather lessons learned
    • Guide plan for future improvements and scaling ; if applicable
  • Expand strategy and execution to all DPS Capital

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required. Advance Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience which should include experience applying technical & business principles to a broad range of assignments
  • Experience with medical capital equipment
  • Located in the applicable region.
  • 30% travel domestically and internationally
