Your field of responsibility


The mandate for this role is three-fold.
1) To lead the integrated planning, progress tracking and budget management for the Employee Engagement team, building the systems and processes required to drive a smooth governance cadence for colleagues to find easy and valuable to adopt.
2) To develop a data analytics framework, leveraging MS365, to drive the insight required to measure the discipline’s impact in the areas of partnering, communications, engagement and change management.
3) To build a programme of community enrichment, so that the employee engagement discipline accelerates its journey to being a high-performing team.
Your initial responsibilities include:

  • Integrated planning process management.
  • Progress tracking systems and processes development and management, in collaboration with Chief of Staff Office and the Employee Engagement team.
  • Building data analytics and additional insight framework and mechanisms to drive insight.
  • Employee Engagement team-building program management.

Your future colleagues


You will be joining a dynamic and global team of employee engagement professionals, who form part of the Corporate Communications function, which was established in 2021. The employee engagement department is now forming and evolving into a network of teams who will work in an integrated and collaborative way. You will be working very closely with team leaders across the employee engagement team, as well as the Chief of Staff office. Your colleagues are highly committed individuals, some of whom are long-standing employees of Credit Suisse, whilst others have recently joined the bank. The team will benefit from this important PMO role, to systemize and elevate our approach to planning, delivery, measurement and collaboration. Your skills and experience
  • You will be passionate and experienced in developing and managing a PMO that brings together colleagues and which delivers the benefits to the organization of a systemized approach.
  • You will be a seasoned internal communications and employee engagement professional who evidences leading teams and functions with a transformation agenda.
  • You will have worked within culturally diverse workforces and can evidence an appreciation of and a working knowledge of managing change.
  • You will have partnered with senior leadership teams and evidence exemplary stakeholder management skills, building strategic communications, engagement and change plans, translating them into action.
  • You will evidence being comfortable in working in complex internal corporate environments.
  • You will have a passion for helping colleagues develop and how to unlock their full potential.
  • You will be an empathic leader and a structured thinker and operator, comfortable in working with complexity and agility.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
  • International corporate experience essential.
  • Extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement and change management.
  • Language abilities in German, French and Italian an advantage.
