For this reason, we are looking for an Employee Retention Manager for our external workforce (Batmaids), in our Headquarters in Lausanne.

Tasks

Your Mission
  • Build and lead a team of 3 associates
  • Create and implement an employee retention program for our Batmaids
  • Optimization of Batmaid usage rate
  • Performance management for our Batmaids
  • Compensation and benefits for our Batmaids
  • Engagement program for our Batmaids
  • Support Marketing on the communication journey
  • Collaborates effectively with other department heads and proactively contributes to the country growth plan
Requirements

Your weapons
  • 3+ years of experience in start-ups / scale-ups
  • Fluent in English is a must. French and German is a plus
  • A very strong strategic and analytical mindset
  • Hands-on and pragmatic
  • Experience in Marketing or Human Resources is a plus
  • Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and out of the box thinking
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding eloquence
  • Ability to manage projects and multitask at scale
