The specialist for visual examination and training is responsible for coordinating and organizing the training and qualification of personnel for visual examination of product filled containers and training within the MSIT department. This position will be responsible for operating cross-functionally at various levels within the organization to collect necessary data and information associated with visual examination and training. This position will lead training and qualification sessions with SMEs for visual examination and coordinate and support training for Operations together with other MSIT SMEs. This role is further expected to maintain and improve training matrices for MSIT and Operations. Also, this position may lead and/or participate in improvement project teams across a variety of departments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the GMP-compliant production of active ingredients and drugs for clinical trials and market launch by coordinating and controlling the visual examination training and qualification
  • Updating visual examination training and qualification process and execution with other SMEs
  • Continuous improvement and upgrading of the visual examination training and qualification
  • Developing and implementing improvement programs and assisting training department and training coordinators in definition and roll-out of tailored classroom and individual training
  • Updating the training matrix and structure for the whole MSIT department
  • Perform the role of Activity Owner for Trackwise records, if applicable
Who We Are Looking For
  • University or other comparable degree in Pharmacology, Biology or Chemistry
  • Good communication skills in German & English
  • Ability to work in a diverse and changing environment
  • Flexibility, accuracy, and reliability
