The Engineering Lead is responsible for leadership of all project related engineering activities. The Engineering Lead is responsible for leading the project engineering interfaces with construction and CQV. The Engineering Lead is assigned to develop, define and roll-out the workflows and philosophies and standards in collaboration with Project Discipline Leads, QA, Operations and Engineering. She/he is part of the investment project team during concept, design, procurement, start up and qualification of the Project. This includes the leadership and coordination of technical activities and project management activities involving multiple parties, whilst enabling clear alignment of the project parties.

Erfahrungen
Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, process, pharmaceutical, biochemical engineering or equivalent) or long time and in-depth project technical management or operational experience in international environments is required. You should have 10+ years in project engineering, project management for chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical industries, facility layout and optimization or equivalent with vast experience in the field of design, layout and construction with an excellent knowledge of current and proposed future technology in the field of engineering, associated automation, operation and maintenance.
