Engineering | Legal & Compliance Officer | Nyon & Remote | Temp. 5-6 month | 100% | Jun. 2022

Tasks
  • Provide counseling on corporate and commercial law issues to functional groups
  • Drive the commercial contracting activities across all products and services
  • Produce, update, and maintain legal templates, documents, and records
  • Prepare periodic reports for internal and external purposes
  • Facilitate efficient corporate legal housekeeping
Requirements
  • Resident in Switzerland
  • Law degree and bar admission (CH / EU)
  • Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
  • At least 5 years of PQE in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
  • Know-How in commercial contracting (IT-Contracts, Licensing etc.)
