Engineering Manager - Your future position?

You will be accountable to establish, plan, manage the investments of the site in collaboration with internal and external customers following site master-plan. You will get the view of the projects on site and ensure the technical harmonization of all of them. You will be accountable to deliver the projects within the delay, the budget and the scope

You will report to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager.

You will:

  • Manage the Project managers, Automation, OT and CAD services
  • Apply and ensure its team apply, the QHSE norms and procedures which are relevant for the department
  • Ensure change management culture is in place and team trained
  • Propose the short/long-term investment plans for the Vernier site (master-plan)
  • Centralize and manage the credit requests; coordinate the credit committee; organize projects whose credits are approved
  • Manage SAP/PS, PPM, Chili/SRM modules for any Engineering relevant activities; act as an interface with controlling
  • Define, ensure the follow up and the communication of the main Measurements of the department
  • Be the referent for the authorities (eg OCIRT) when applicable during the project life
  • Define and challenge the budget of the department
  • Provide support to the Center of Excellence, to implement new processes and guidelines

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline project management certification
  • 10 years of experience in factory engineering, including 5 years in a management position of multi- country/multiple process in complex project
  • Proficiency in English and in French
  • Good knowledge in project management and project controlling tools
  • Excellent partner management skills
  • Strong knowledge of EHS and guidelines; financial concept (OPEX,CAPEX) and tools (SAP)
