Internship contract/ Lausanne, Switzerland

You are currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in hospitality and/or business and you are looking for a 6 months internship. You have a valid Swiss student permit. You speak fluently English, speaking French is an advantage. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in a diverse community. You are at ease using IT systems. You are able to plan, organize and facilitate a range of events. Ideally, you have experience in engaging a community such as current students, alumni or other. An experience in marketing and understanding of marketing campaigns are preferred but not essential. Ideally, you have some experience in customer service and providing an engaging customer experience. Some experience in organizing and planning events and/or activities for targeted audiences is a strong plus.

As Enrollment Intern, you will support the Enrolment team in the Gulf Region and Switzerland and you will help drive engagement with potential students for Glion Institute of Higher Education, Les Roches Global Hospitality Education and Ecole Ducasse. You will support, develop, and deliver engagement activities and events in the Gulf region and Switzerland.

Your main missions will be to:

- Promote education programs through social selling via Sales navigator LinkedIn
- Identify and engage target profile
- Write articles, student profiles, and other relevant social media content
- Work with candidates to share offers/acceptances in their social media network (Linkedin)
- Support for on and off campus events
- Support the Swiss team with field activities on a need-basis (fairs, high school visits, etc.)
- Support development of new projects: VIP visits and retention logistic (CH UG)
- Directly connect with alumni and current students via telephone, email or WhatsApp to engage in conversations about the alumni community benefits and further education
- Represent the alumni and further education teams at events and engagements promoting existing and new programs and/or benefits.
- Support the enrollment team with daily administrative tasks.
