WE RECRUIT:
Enterprise Architecture Project Management Analyst intern to assist the Architecture Office team and roll out some of the fundamental tools required to mange Enterprise architecture. Keep a consistent view on IT portfolio and constantly enrich it through stakeholder meetings and the project. Design processes to increase our efficiency and standardize our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This internship will allow you to participate to several activity streams and your responsibilities will include the following:

Manage the rollout of Enterprise architecture tool.
Learn to configure various aspects of the tool and interact with the vendor for support and clarifications.
Interact with stakeholders, follow up on feedback and information.
Host sessions with stakeholders and analyze/correct information.
Drive meetings according to schedule
Rigorously update project planning.
Report on progress and raise issues

YOUR PROFILE:
You are doing a Master’s degree or are recently graduated (Business or Engineering School) with a strong willingness to enter Project Management
Conceptual thinker that can analyze abstract topics.
You are interested by IT, systems analysis, systems design
You can express yourself in diagrams, UML, BPM, ERD
You can see the big picture and summarize
You are effective in managing projects and have a good ability to solve problems.
You have a strong team spirit, you are proactive, enthusiastic, and not afraid of new challenges.
Notions and understanding of enterprise architecture are a big bonus.
