The opportunity

This is a great role within ESPM/Office Solutions organizations. Your leadership and customer centricity will be critical to support the office product business needs and strategy across APAC, EMEIA and AMS regions. You will become the key stakeholder’s technology trusted advisor, looking for sustainable office connect solutions that will guarantee a differentiated user experience across each office.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for gathering, assessing and understanding the customer technology needs and how the enabling technology solutions and capabilities can solve business challenges, balancing financial constraints and considerations.
  • Accountable for providing the strategy and vision for marketing office connect product portfolio.
  • Fosters collaboration with internal and/or external support groups to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Enables and maintains effective relationships with regional stakeholders and technology leaders and serves as the champion for a customer focused frame of reference.
  • Supports stakeholders with an investment business case for the office connect solutions needed across the regions.
  • Timely manages any business risks and always puts in place a mitigation plan with stakeholders to ensure offices connectivity and user experience
  • Builds and leads a high performing team with solid focus on customer value through coaching, fostering accountability, innovation and teamwork

Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Ability to communicate with business leaders and key stakeholders both in and outside the regions.
  • Extensive influencing skills, ability to be aware of surroundings and adapt your style accordingly.
  • Analytical curiosity to challenge the ’status quo’ through a fact-based approach.
  • Ability to identify and target simplification of process, diversify office connect product portfolio & accelerate adoption within the subregions.
  • Ability to design and monitor dashboards and process to continuously draw focus to quality, reliability and integrity and to gain key insights into customer experience.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • 8+ years of experience in management positions, with minimum of seven (5+) years internal/external IT experience with a strong background on customer experience and/or business relationship management.
  • Customer-obsessed/passionate about employee experience and impact of technology capabilities on our employees.
  • Ability to creatively apply IT to solving business problems, with a focus on customer needs and expectations.
  • Data-guided, analytical approach with the ability to formulate and translate insights into action with measurable results.
  • Excellent understanding of office connects product portfolio and ability to bring knowledge to help facilitate the growth and adoption across the regions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global multi-cultural environment and drive harmonization and standardization.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to a diverse business audience.
  • Experience developing, managing and presenting business cases and strategic plans.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.

Ideally, you’ll also have
  • EMEIA region background
  • Product Certification
  • Technical background (LAN + WLAN) or any Cisco certification
  • ITIL
