Role:

B living creates the environment to supercharge individuals & organizations through experience-based, hands-on transformational learning programs.

As Education Programs EIR you will be critical in translating a big vision into execution. You can expect to do a bit of everything: event hosting, communications, logistics, no-code infrastructure/automations, feedback collection and experiments, booking guest speakers, and building relationships with Breakthrough Fellows.

The Education Programs EIR is an entrepreneur at heart with experience to drive change for individuals, startups and large organizations through educational programs for innovators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the definition, planning and supervision of educational, professional and personal development programs
- Contribute to the development of educational academy for startups (Accelerator) and innovation professionals
- Translate programs into products including customer segmentation and product marketing
- Leverage edtech platform/to deliver edu programs and act as product owner of the tech platform for future improvements
- Lead growth efforts of the educational programs including partnering with leading organizations to enable their teams

Job requirements
- Entrepreneurial background in Education startup or corporate training program
- Speaks english fluently alongside french and another European language
- ability to define & execute on higher education curriculum as well as ability to adapt curriculum to different customer segments
- Experience working in a customer success role at a high growth startup (preferred, not required).
- Experience working with no-code tools and Web 2.0 or Web 3.0 platforms
- Experience taking at least some working knowledge of data science preferred
