Environment and sustainability manager -Your future position?As an Environment and Sustainability manager you will be under the leadership of our Vernier EHS Director and you will direct and support Environment and Sustainability management of Vernier site, in compliance with Givaudan EHS policies, and with all applicable EHS regulations. You will manage risk and drive cultural change to reduce the probability of Environmental issues.In this exciting opportunity you will be based in Vernier and you will be in charge of the following responsibilities: Strategy, design and project management:Support and advice site management on all Environment aspects; coach line managers to ensure that Environment becomes and remains a line responsibility;Participate to development and deployment of EHS vision aligned with company strategy for the site taking into account both the OPS/EHS Global Strategy/projects and the local legislation;Manage the Environment management system and the ISO 14001.2015 certification, in collaboration with quality and EHS manager for integrated processes;Manage compliance with all Environmental Regulations;Manage all Site Environmental trainings for new and existing employees and contractors;Ensure Environmental and Sustainability programmes are strictly implemented;Manage completing and submitting regulatory reports;Ensure KPI reporting is complete and initiate actions to drive towards the agreed targets. Identify and develop new KPI relevant depending of program implemented;Participate in the preparation and animation of required meeting;Lead the Environment steering committee and green team;Participate to the EHS contact program ("Contact EHS"), EHS visit program ("Visite EHS"), EHS facilitator program ("Facilitateur EHS");Participate in the organization and animation of EHS days;Manage all documentation required;Lead environmental/sustainability internal and external audits for the site;Maintain good relationships with relevant external stakeholders (authorities/communities/network);Be a primary contact for Federal, State and local EHS regulatory agencies for environment aspects;Be a main contact with other departments : Utilities, WWTP, Sustainability Global, Facilities;People Management:Develop the Environment Specialist through coaching and mentoring, performance review, learning and development initiatives.You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
