Job Description

You are the central contact person for our clients in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will advise our customers on the latest technologies, developments, and trends.

This is your role in the team:

• You take over the entire project planning and control and independently lead ERP implementations based on Microsoft Dynamics AX/365.
• You act as a contact person for customers, suppliers and employees for solving challenges.
• You control and manage the KPI´s of the project (budget, deadlines, project quality).
• In addition, you support the sales team in preparing proposals for potential and existing customers
  
  

What defines you:

• Diploma in IT or a similar education.
• General understanding of business processes and their mapping in Microsoft Dynamics AX / 365 or in any other ERP solutions.
• Deep knowledge in a subject area (e.g. retail, supply chain management, manufacturing).
• Experience in leading project teams.
• Team- and customer-oriented way of working.
• Good presentation skills as well as a professional and confident appearance.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel, depending on customer needs
