Your field of responsibility


In this role you actively support the private banking business regarding administrative tasks. As part of the Front-to-Back Excellence area you will also support process improvement and digitalization projects to increase client experience and efficiency.

Your skills and experience


You describe yourself as confident self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working with multiple business partners including senior relationship managers is what you enjoy and motivates you.

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree with first experience in the financial industry preferred
  • 3 years of experience within a banking/financial institution
  • Collaborative and precise working style, the ability to cope with pressure as well as high level of flexibility and strong commitment
  • High quality and accuracy in the execution of orders
  • Interest in economic and financial affairs
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office products
  • Fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
