This global operating client works in the life-sciences-vertical. Their customers are laboratory companies and start-ups in the fields of research, development and quality control. They have grown over 73% in 2020 and aim to grow over 25% each year.

Currently they are on journey of switching everything to Salesforce. They have Sales Cloud and Service Cloud already live and are now on the way to implement/ rollout the B2B Commerce Shop - Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

After this they will also implement Pardot and the Community Cloud.

Tasks

• Analysis, conception and implementation of the Salesforce Platform
• Creation of requirements analyses as well as software-technical concepts
• Responsible for implementation quality and project management
• Business risk management
  

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce implementations
• Experience in leading a implementation
• Very good knowledge of Salesforce Products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Pardot, Community Cloud)
• Salesforce Certification and/or Project Management Certification are beneficial
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
