Boutique Manager – Montblanc

Your Mission

You
  • are strongly result and action oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic agility
  • are a natural leader on the shop floor with excellent interpersonal competences
  • are autonomous with strong business acumen, good analytical and organizational skills
  • are passionate about luxury, understand luxury clients’ needs and are comfortable with dealing with ambiguity and challenging situations
  • are fluent in German and English (both fluent mandatory)
then here is the perfect opportunity for you to join our Team as Boutique Manager within our Montblanc Flagship in Zürich.

You will be successful in this position if you are able to:

  • Maximize the performance of the Boutique through achievement of sales, operations, profit and strategic objectives
  • Lead the Boutique team (6 people) through inspiring hands-on management and coaching
  • Strive to identify business opportunities and implement the related actions in order to ensure the achievement of Boutique goals.
  • Establish a Client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and build sustainable client relationships
  • Act as a Montblanc ambassador in the local city market
  • Ensure smooth running of the Boutique and the compliance with the Maison’s and Group’s finance, security and health & safety policies.

Your Precious Skills We Are Looking For

  • 10 years experience in high-end luxury retail sales with managerial experience
  • A proven track record of establishing and growing strong Client relationships
  • Well established in Zürich with a local network of business partners
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills
  • Confidence in handling high-value transactions
  • Client & Service orientation
  • Ability to think strategically and make quick sound decisions
  • Team spirit, “go-getter”, “hands-on” and positive mindset
  • Fluent in (Swiss) German, English and another language is an asset
