For this reason, we are looking for a motivated intern to join our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will join the Business Development team and will be responsible for all organizational and client-focused aspects for our B2B clients.

Tasks

Your Mission
  • Offer customized solutions to our clients
  • Negotiate with agents and clients to fix last-minute issues
  • Develop and implement a quality control process
  • Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development
  • Collaborate with innovative ideas for the business development strategies and take a proactive lead in planning and implementing them
Requirements

Your weapons
  • Fluent English and German is a must, French is a plus
  • Willing to be challenged and go the extra mile
  • Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and out of the box thinking
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fast learner and focused on self-improvement
  • Ability to manage projects and multitask at scale
  • An analytical mindset with a keen eye for details
