This role not only supports the designated Business Unit/ Brand CMI team, but also performs a consultant role to other CMI teams supporting other Business Units/ Brands.A qualified candidate comes with solid experiences of using social listening, search insights, visual analytics, product ratings and reviews as main sources of gaining category trends, competitor intelligence and consumer insights.Guided by both CMI VP and CMI Associate Director, this role is responsible of jump-start social listening capabilities in Wella Company and performing needed analysis & tracking utilizing social digital data/ information.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Expert on Social Listening
  • Introduce and deploy fundamental self-service social listening tools in Wella Company
  • Set up varies dashboards according to respective category & business needs in the self-service social listening tools
  • Provide regular reports on social insights and analytics to measure brand KPIs and competitor, category movement
  • Discover and monitor beauty trends & conversations that shape the category dynamics
  • Act as the center of excellence in CMI on social listening related questions
  • Effectively manage social listening partner relationships.
  • Constantly explore new social listening agencies with cutting edge technology and/ or capabilities.
Guided by CMI Associate Director to perform required analysis leveraging social digital data
  • Leverage social listening to perform varies analysis, esp. business opportunity related deep dive for Hair Color
  • Collaborate with Digital Team on GTM best practices
Business intelligence guided by CMI Associate Director:
  • Identify and drive market, segment, customer insights, create reports and data visualization to guide the strategic decision-making and brand building efforts.
  • support management with ad-hoc analyses by providing meaningful and fact-based market intelligence
Qualifications The ideal candidate
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Social Digital Analytics for insights mining, preferably in Beauty category.
  • Direct experience in social content management and measurement is preferred
  • Able to identify, analyze, and interpret trends/patterns and insights leveraging multiple data sources
  • Familiar with Sprinklr
  • Strong connection to Culture (cultural awareness) – pop culture, social media, influencers, trends
  • Possesses and enthusiastic and positive “can do” outlook, even when under pressure
  • Self-motivated - able to self-start projects and solicit collaborations
  • Strong learning & service mindset, curios, dynamic and entrepreneurial
  • Good command of MS Office Suite, in particular Power Point.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required, a second language is an asset.
  • Work experience in an international environment and matrix organizations.
