The CRM Technology Sr. Manager oversees the pillar Customer Data & CRM and covers 4 main product areas:- Marketing Technology (SAP Marketing Cloud)
- Identity and Access Management Technology (SAP Customer Data Cloud)
- Customer Care Technology (SAP Service Cloud and Qualtrics)
- Customer360 Technology (a customer data platform)
- Overall team management including hiring, training, and onboarding. As well as running weekly catchups for each product area.
- Manage any escalations from the business and take key decision when required.
- Maintain and manage business relationships to global functions (media, digital trade marketing, brand marketing, eCommerce etc.) and local markets and ensuring that each product owner has a good collaborative relationship with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for innovation management including defining the roadmap, supporting the backlog demand management as well as BAU demand.
- Day to day management of the Customer360 initiative that include running weekly project updates & vendor management.
- Budget management & spend management incl. SOW, PO, GR raising, signature and submission processes
- When required run RFPs and demos of new vendors, incl. negotiation of contracts and fees
- 10+ years of work experience in digital technology management as a product owner, technical product manager or technical project manager
- Experience in team management
- Proven track record of working with customer data technologies, preferred CRM technologies (i.e., sales, marketing, service) or customer data platforms
- Strong understanding of managing and using customer data, customer segmentation, customer journeys, progressive profiling, reporting & analytics and data privacy topics
- Experience with SAP (ERP, Commerce Cloud, C4C, Marketing Cloud etc.) is a plus
- Eager to learn about the entire digital & IT landscape of the company with a can-do attitude
- Experience with managing budgets
- Experience with working with internal consultants and external agencies
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT management or business management
- Fluent in English
