It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.Job SummaryYou will work closely with the Head of Consumer Experience Design to focus the Design function, embedding Design deeply into the Global Categories and R&D with a holistic view of Design Thinking across all consumer touchpoints.You will be responsible for building a selection of Haleon Self Care (SC) brands, fully leveraging all aspects of design at a strategic, tactical and operational level. You will work as a Design partner with marketing, ensuring functional excellence that delivers outstanding consumer experiences.Managing all aspects of the Design mix, Shopper, Digital, Product, Packaging, Expert, Innovation, to deliver against brand and category objectives whilst embedding Design best practice and a culture of Design Thinking and Design Linking. To drive high Design quality and consistency at both the global category level and in our local operating markets.Key Responsibilities– Assigned to lead a Power brand & sub-category in applying design principles to all aspects of category marketing and branding including Visual Positioning, Visual Brand Language (VBL), Master Designs & Design Guidelines to ensure high quality and consistency across key brands– Work closely with SC design team to drive cohesion across all brands, building strong visual equities and enhancing the consumer trust agenda for the category
  • Collaborate effectively with the Supply Organisation and R&D on Pack. & Product Development & innovation.
