As a Digital Marketing & Communication Assistant you must :

  • Be at ease with public,
  • Be comfortable with communication in general and all digital aspects,
  • Have a strong sense of responsibilities
  • Be strictly organized
  • Be solutions oriented
  • Be dynamic and flexible

You will be in charge of :

Social media

  • Managing our editorial calendar
  • Planning and posting on our social media channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram)
  • Identifying existing content from the Group to be localized in Switzerland
  • Liaising with the Group to get approval where needed

Branding

  • Managing the brand assets based on the guidelines from the Group
  • Managing the production of print assets and goodies
  • Participating to the rebranding of our different sites

Administrative support

  • Supporting the administrative tasks for the Marketing & Communications department (reporting, monthly dashboard, invoices…)
  • Supporting the content creation and production process

For this job you need to :

  • Understand and speak english (at least B2 level)
  • French and/or german are an added value
  • Be at easy with technology and social media
  • Have a first experience in Communication and Marketing in Social Medias
You would be perfect if :
  • You have a complementary training/eduction level in Marketing & Communications
