Fonds Operations Specialist

Aufgaben

Responsible for the processing of transactions related to the private equity funds / Working closely with the account management and legal department for the timely release of transactions / Responsible for the processing for all transactions on time/ In connection with the transactions responsible for perfect coordination with internal and external stakeholders / Responsible for complete and correct transaction documents / Point of contact for internal and external KYC requests as well as for the provision of transaction documents related to KYC / Support of the department. In optimizing processes and systems.

Qualifikation

Bachelor in Business Administration / Experience in securities operations or in working with custodian banks / Experience in processing fund transactions at the bank or in asset management is an advantage / Experience in fast and accurate processing and settlement of securities transactions / Interest in the efficiency of work processes / Initiative and attention to detail / Team and service orientation / Interest in professional exchange and communication / German and English.
