In the Global Service Operations department, as part of the overall service strategy, we strive to be the preferred service provider for all our customers. In the role of Head of CS Service Contract Execution, you will operationally lead the service contract execution organizations in the regions and provide functional leadership for service contract execution by defining and documenting the framework and business rules. Are you an initiative, entrepreneurial individual with proven contract management experience who wants to become a key player in the transformation of Bühler’s Service Business?

Tasks
  • Lead service contract execution on group level combining functional leadership defining and implementing the needed framework, and operational lead through regional organizations
  • Implementation of services contractual framework for the mobilization and execution phase in terms of know-how, processes, and tools globally
  • Close cooperation and alignment with services contractual framework leader to ensure mobilization and execution phases are harmonized throughout the overall process
  • Establishing rules and guidelines (functional leadership) to manage multi-year service agreements
  • Intercompany business execution linking into S&OP function and service execution organization (parts ordering, manpower ordering, digital service delivery)
  • Oversee the execution of contracts portfolio in terms of profitability, risks, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive execution actively to manage risks and improve profitability while ensuring contract renewals
  • Sustainable build-up of trainings, knowledge transfers and developments in the organization as well as actively ensure learnings and experiences are shared

Required Qualifications
  • Technical or commercial degree combined with several years of experience in service contract execution in an industrial environment
  • Profound understanding of commercial contracts incl. risk identification and mitigation
  • Financial reporting and controlling savviness in relation to multi-year contract execution
  • Good understanding of customer needs, well-developed negotiating skills as well as a high degree of assertiveness
  • Strong analytical skills, structured approached and result orientation
  • High conceptual skills with a drive to define frameworks, standardize and multiply within the organization
  • Ability to build and network collaborative relationship and to navigate effectively within a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Proactive, dynamic and target driven team player

Preferred Qualifications
  • Further language skills e.g., French, Spanish
  • Further education in business administration, contract management or similar
