At two locations we develop, produce and sell technologically demanding goods for the defense industry and the civil sector. Our customers are various procurement authorities and leaders in their field - both in Switzerland as well as worldwide.

Due to company growth, we are looking as soon as possible for a qualified person at the production site in Zwieselberg who will act as an

Industrialization / Process Engineer 80-100%

Your Tasks

  • Interface between development and production in all relevant phases

  • Support the construction with reference to procedural and industrialization during the design phase

  • Define detailed manufacturing procedures based on the defined processes

  • Analyze of possible risks and definition of risk reduction

  • Carry out cost-benefit calculations

  • Assist in prototyping

  • Create production and test specifications

  • Commission and handover to production, in cooperation with the relevant team leaders

  • Training of operators

Your profile

  • Higher technical education (f.ex. University of Applied Sciences) in process engineering, mechanical engineering or chemistry

  • Knowledge within the industry and proven expertise in industrial automation

  • Risk analysis skills, ideally in the field of explosives

  • Very good IT- knowledge (MS Office; CAD would be an advantage)

  • German level C2, good knowledge of English (at least level B2)
