Duration: 6 to 12 months

We are looking for motivated and driven intern to help the company successfully launch and execute its transformation plan. The position will be directly reporting the Director for the Company’s Projects & Transformation. It can be based in Zurich or remote in Europe, and it is available as soon as possible for a duration of 6 to 12 months.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will be involved one of our strategic transformation projects.
  • Furthermore, you will engage at Board level to ensure alignment on the path forward and executing the project plan.
  • Additionally, you will ensure that all stakeholders of the project (internal and external) are always synchronized with one another.
  • You will define and create the future operational structure of the company.
  • Lastly you will redefine optimized business ways, integrating all components of the company, like commercial, legal Entities & Local taxes, Human Resources, Information Technology as well as manufacturing setup aspects.

Your profile
  • Ideally you are currently studying management, business administration and other appropriate academic majors. You specialized in entrepreneurship, corporate strategy, or international management? – Even better!
  • You are a strategic thinker, organized and autonomous.
  • You are an entrepreneur at heart and have exceptional communication skills.
  • Presentations are one of your favorite kind of tasks and you are able to motivate your colleagues for your common mission and are driven to thrive in this complex role.
  • You have great written, verbal and presentation skills in English. Any additional language is an asset.
