Job Description:
Do you have an electronical background, and would like to solve technical problems around the world? In this role you will perform services on customer sites: preventive & corrective maintenance, commissioning, installation supervision & modification of Gutor UPS systems and batteries. You will work onshore and offshore, in different industries, and you will be in direct contact with our customers. Ready to join our motivated team?

What will you do:
  • In this role, you will perform installation supervision and commissioning of Gutor UPS systems including the batteries. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance and solve UPS problems at customers’ sites
  • You will identify and report failure modes encountered in the field, as well as determine the cause of these failures
  • You will train our customers on equipment operation and maintenance of Gutor systems
  • Moreover, you will represent Gutor in dealing with customer concerns and promote proactively Gutor services & products, including contracts, spare parts, preventive maintenance, modifications, digital services, etc.
  • To reach a high data quality, you will keep databases updated with completed reports & documents
  • And thanks to your safety awareness you ensure that neither people nor property are endangered

Your profile:
  • You are an electrical technician or engineer with experience in field services
  • You bring good communication skills in English (German is a plus) and the ability to have technical conversations with customers
  • You have a structured way of analyzing & solving technical issues independently
  • As you will travel internationally 90% of your time, you need to be very flexible and interested in different cultures. The ability to adapt and interact with cross-cultural people is a must.
  • You are a self-motivated, independently working person with a high level of professionalism and integrity
