Bühler AG is a global technology specialist in the fields of milling, food processing and advanced materials. Like other companies, we are moving towards a more digitalized and data driven environment in a globalized world.

As an intern in our Sales Intelligence team you will be part of a dynamic, international and fast developing team. You will not only learn more about customer data and setting up business processes, but also receive further exciting tasks you are responsible for.

Tasks

• You plan simple projects and carry them out independently.
• You support experienced sales data and process engineers in the implementation of complex projects and monitor and document the projects progress.
• You record business processes, identify critical issues and help to improve / automate them.
• You create user documentation and training materials for digital solutions.
• You are the contact person for CRM (super) users for everyday problems and resolve them independently.
• You evaluate data and create reports. You visualize the data in an appealing way and align it with our corporate design.
• To meet the requirements of our stakeholders, you will organize and conduct workshops together with a motivated team.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• You successfully completed vocational education with IT or commercial option (Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training).
• You have very good knowledge of the MS Office products – especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Pronounced customer, partner and service orientation make your daily work easier.
• Assertiveness in projects and a goal oriented as well as structured approach with suitable methods characterize you.
• You have a technical understanding of IT technologies at concept level.
• You have a pronounced analytical way of thinking, quick comprehension and an eye for the essentials.
• You have experience with CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce)
• You have a very good demeanor with excellent presentation and communication skills
• You have very good knowledge of spoken and written English; good knowledge of German will bring you an advantage.

• Experience in the digitalization of business processes
• BPMN knowledge
• BI tool knowledge (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau)
