Your field of responsibility

Investor Relations (IR) is a strategic management responsibility that integrates finance, communication, marketing and compliance with corporate governance to enable the most effective two-way communication between a company, the financial community and other stakeholders. IR provides an accurate

account of company affairs to investors, which helps them to make informed decisions about whether to invest in the company.

Provide team coordination and administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including organising and prioritising large volumes of inbound investor and analyst communication. Maintain daily workflow of IR office including calendar/schedule management and responsible for arranging all domestic and international travel for the team.

For the quarterly earnings responsible for coordinating the scheduling of internal prep meetings, and scheduling calls with the sell side.

Manages logistics for the investor roadshows and conferences, investor days and other IR events, whether they are in person or virtual.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with the C-Suite Executive Assistants as well as within the CFO Division and wider teams including shareholders and analysts.

Maintains and develop relationships with our external vendors and responsible for the processing of all invoices for payment.

Support daily operations of IR including

IR Inbox - field and respond to in-bound analyst and investor inquiries on routine matters, and/or route as needed to other groups within the organization.

Assist in managing the IR CRM database and any additional duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Willingness and ability to work against tight deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy and a
  • collaborative attitude; flexible and adaptive team player
  • Some degree of banking/financial and or Investor Relations experience preferred but not required
  • Skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint); demonstrated ability to master new applications.
  • Fluency in English is required, no further language requirements apply
