**
*Job description*

• Solve tickets and service requests on Jira / Confluence
• Configure Jira projects, workflows, boards, dashboards and automations
• Evolve existing Jira (Java written) plugins
• Configure Confluence spaces, templates and automations
• Analyse project or service requirements
• Provide documentation, training and assistance to users
• Provide support as a Jira / Confluence expert
• Identify opportunities to be creative and innovative

**
*Requirements*

• Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with Jira (Software and Service Management) and Confluence
• Excellent knowledge of Jira 7.x and 8.x configuration and automation (scripts) capabilities
• Experience in Jira plugin development using Atlassian SDK and Java 1.8
• Good knowledge of Confluence configuration and automation (scripts) capabilities
• Experience using Jenkins, Nexus (or similar tools) and Git repositories
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence (Linux) system administration an asset
• Excellent problem solving skills, process implementation skills
• Excellent communication and partnering skills
• Comfortable in a dynamic, changing and collaborative environment.
