We take on big problems to help drivers, riders, delivery partners, and eaters get moving in more than 600 cities around the world.About The RoleThe Operations and Key Account manager calls for a rare combination of exceptional relationship management and operational attitude.In charge of growing new verticals within the mobility business, both by helping current partner scale and by finding new partners.Your role is key as part of the Swiss Operations team: commercial discussions, implementation of a pilot to improve business through optimization of operational metrics. If you want to have a strong impact on the growth of new verticals within Uber in Switzerland, this role is for you!What You’ll Do- Business development: prospect the right decision makers within a business to identify new business opportunities and bring an innovative approach to prospecting and acquisition, with a customer oriented mentality. Help the team on Negotiation & Deal making.
- Partner management: You will be the main point of contact of the new partners. You will build trustworthy relationships with your key accounts , optimize their revenues (tracking of operational performance), funnel optimization, engagement on the platform and happiness. You will significantly influence their performance, and therefore be responsible for their success!
- Data and performance management: You will build and maintain a data exchange framework to provide partners with the data they need. You will also build internal dashboards to track partners’ performance.
- You will act as an ambassador for Uber mission, brand and product: You should thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, and above all be passionate about Uber.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to acquire the vital information from the prospect, while also ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation.
- Good analytical skills, proficient with Excel / Google Sheet and SQL.
- To be driven and passionate about a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent organization, project management and time management skills, and ability to take initiative.
- Highly autonomous - able to work with minimal oversight.
- Be proactive and build positive and lasting relationships with our partners.
- Problem Solving Skill: When you come across a problem, you work hard at solving it and think in an unexpected way.
- Data-based decision-making, a proven business sense supported by a structured way of thinking will allow you to measure the performance and financial viability of your partners.
- Proficient in both French and English, German is a strong plus.
