It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.About The RoleThe Self-Care category team (Voltaren, Panadol, Theraflu, Otrivin…) is looking for a talented data Business Analyst to join the Consumer, Business Insights & Analytic. This position will be reporting into the OTC Category Analytics Lead.Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly reporting cycle to senior stakeholders
• Answer ad-hoc business questions using the best possible datasets available (POS data, Panel Data, external sources…)
• Understand the Business Opportunities and Challenges, and draw detailed analysis and insights to provide the “story” to aid business objectives
• Provides guidance to the business to holistically optimize investments (media, pricing, …)
• Helps the business understanding the health of the business separating short term and long-term trends/effects.

EssentialQualifications and skills

• Expert in using one POS tool (Nielsen Nitro, Answers, IRI, etc.)
• Strong technical knowledge of Syndicated research (Point of Sale / Panel data).
• Solid experience in marketing effectiveness tools such as Marketing Mix Modelling techniques and pricing
• Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders and work under time pressure

Preferred

• Minimum years of related experience required: 3 years
• Experience with business consulting or Marketing Mix Modelling agencies is a plus.
• Have strong Communication and good story-telling skills
• Problem solving and simplification skills
• Curious and challenges status quo - continually asks him/herself, “Why do I (or we) do it this way?” and “Why are we seeing such performances?”
