Drive Change - from SAP to OMP at Global Player

Join a global player in the Health Care Industry located in Basel, offering a wide range of globally established and recognized products. The entire value-added chain, from the early stage of R&D to the launch of the final product, is controlled from Basel. 2 years work contract is offered with mainly remote working model.

Get engaged in Planning and Detailed scheduling implementations (SAP PP/DS and OMP) incl. Toll-Manufacturing and ECC integration!

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure the implementation of a successor solution of APO PP/DS (as part of a next generation planning backbone solution with the OMP suite) and material/component Management for diverse divisions with the help of external partners
  • Design and implement integration strategies between old and new planning system and the ERP systems to ensure consistent global planning over a highly interlinked supply network especially in the transition period
  • Supporting Project Management in project planning and prioritizations
  • Closely align with Sites, Program Management, Product/Process owners, implementation partners and other IT functions
  • Translate Business requirements into IT requirements and vice versa
  • Support the business through change management from IT side
Your Profile
  • Working experience in OMP software solution is a must
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Production Planning and Detailed scheduling implementations (SAP PP/DS and OMP) incl. Toll-Manufacturing and ECC integration
  • Profound experience in international project management
  • Solid Supply Chain Business understanding
  • SAP Ariba Experience, SAP S/4 and any project experience with digital supplier collaboration would be a plus
  • Being able to act as (change) agent between business and IT implementation team
You have a growth mindset and proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures. You are a winning experience in a team, passionate about collaborating in a team environment as well as exercise independent judgment and driving topics.
