It isn’t a question.Your roleAs a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for establishing, proactively maintaining and continuously improving the 6-week production schedule for our manufacturing and packaging equipment.Your tasks

• Create, track and maintain the short-term schedules to provide visibility to selected business units to drive short-term execution of the production plans
• Incorporate input from all relevant departments to ensure schedules are realistic within relevant constraints and latest information
• Drive optimization of schedules by balancing demand priorities production scheduling requirements for non-standard activities
• Follow production orders and co-ordinate activities up to process order release
• Analyse and address gaps in operational activities
• Identify and mitigate stock at risk
• Maintain detailed planning and scheduling parameters in planning system to allow optimal use of system scheduling functionality
• Ensure accuracy of all critical fields within all data systems related to the selected production units and for reporting
• Support continuous improvement of team reports and script, including PowerBI and relationship with Community of Practice

Your profile

• University degree in Supply Chain or relevant professional experience
• Advance Excel
• Advanced knowledge of SAP PP
• Fluent French
• Supply Chain Qualification (APICS an asset)
