Job Description

Within this position you support the country sales teams in eDealer Marketing content implementation incl. basic content, editorial content (eMail, Social Media, etc.). You will support our online dealers in accelerating their e-commerce presence and ensure implementation of marketing content and plan at key online dealers too.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Support and guide local sales teams and retailer with marketing knowledge and technical know-how to implement full range of marketing content successfully
  • Develop marketing implementation plans for key online dealers in every country
  • Track and monitor implementation, quality and completeness of implementation and support continuous optimization

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification with focus on Digital Marketing / e-Commerce
  • At least 3 years work experience in Digital Marketing or e-Commerce in an international organization
  • Strong marketing, e-commerce knowledge & good user and brand understanding
  • Strong analytic and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mind–set and able to see big picture and find meaningful solutions for business
  • Self-motivated to prioritize & to take responsibility, working in cross-functional & self organized teams
  • Communication skills to make topic understood in the broader context of communication / User journey management
  • UX and Agile working methods
  • Strong intercultural skills and experience
  • Fluent in English and German skills
  • Ability to travel approx. 20%
