Hitachi Energy Medium Voltage Surge Arresters are found in a fast growing number of applications worldwide. To develop this potential we need to grow our sales team to support our local sales and customers. We are therefore looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist and to further strengthen our footprint in the market. International travel interacting with partners and customers around the world and across cultures. A dynamic, modern place to work that offers benefits that cannot be found anywhere else.Your responsibilities- Responsible for the sales and promotion of Medium Voltage Surge Arresters in international markets and all Customer segments. Our arresters are sold to industries and utilities in the renewable energy segment as well as traditional power distribution. To Railway operators and Locomotive manufacturer. Everywhere electrical energy is produced, transported or consumed.
- Develop and implement innovative and efficient sales strategies to attain new customers und explore new market segments
- Active development of personal and business relationships with our international Hitachi Energy sales teams and our customers
- Together with our international teams you are creating an understanding for your markets (e.g. market trends, volumes, competitors) and provide technical and commercial support
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar education/experience in the field of energy transmission and distribution
- Good knowledge of HV/MV technologies is an advantage
- Fluent in English. Being based in Switzerland conversational knowledge of German is an advantage.
- International travel (20-30%) to meet and support our Hitachi Energy sales teams and customers
- You are a team player, you have good communication skills and curiosity for new intercultural engagements.
