Mac Solutions, a company of the TXT group and leader of Information Technology in Switzerland, is looking for Project Managers with experience in SAPimplementation projects in the Healthcarefield to expand its team in Ticino.The figure of the Project Manager
  • It elaborates the project planning in detail, analyzes complex problems, identifies possible solutions, defines objectives and milestones for each phase and supervises their execution;
  • Ensures compliance with agreed times and costs, guaranteeing adherence to the budget in compliance with the expected quality indices;
  • Supervises each aspect of the project, analyzing and resolving any disputes and related escalations; Ensures the achievement of the objectives in compliance with the requirements defined during the project phases;
  • Periodically carries out the control process, reporting to the steering committee the progress of the work and the estimates of the conclusion, anticipating any needs for particular interventions or contractual revisions;
  • Participates in project meetings and is responsible for communicating with the customer and stakeholders;
  • He takes care of the management and motivation of the project team by providing for the correct assignment of tasks to the resources, based on their competence and seniority.
Training And Skills Required
  • SUP diploma or equivalent in project management, computer science, economics, or organizational engineering, with at least 5 years of experience;
  • Alternatively, proven experience of at least 8 years in a similar function;
  • At least one valid certification in the field of project management (eg PMP, Prince, Hermes, etc.); Expertise in SAP, in particular for the HCM and / or IS-H modules;
  • Previous experience in the management of SAP implementation and / or integration projects;
  • Fluency in the Italian language;
The following will be preferred: having held a similar role in companies, public bodies or organizations of significant size; knowledge of the hospital environment and its processes; experience in managing the integration of SAP processes within consolidated companies; mastery of project management and collaboration tools, including for example Atlassian Jira & Confluence and Microsoft Sharepoint; Knowledge of the German language.We offer
