The Role
  • As a Senior level professional, theSenior Project Implementation Managerrole primarilydefines and adapts generic Audatex products to country specific products, plans the roll-out / migration and establishes an appropriate support process.
  • Main activities areto increase customer efficiencyand effectiveness along the Vehicle Claims Process andincreaseAudatex’revenues.
  • Many solutions are based on results, which have been derived from previous data analysis.Thusgood analytical understanding is an asset.
  • This person works with multiple teams to ensure business and application requirements are understood and translated in to technical solutions that meet the above customer needs.
  • This person will also collaborate with peers and senior management on establishing business and product goals, creationand executionof project plans while following organizational principles and industry best practices for building softwareapplication.
What You’ll Do
  • Monitordevelopment and roll-out of new products as well as product adaptations, which fulfills customers expectation pertaining process efficiency and effectiveness along the entire Vehicle Claims Process
  • Analyse data, investigate and make conclusions to support and improve our customer’s claims process.
  • Collaborate withIT Development in terms of release cycle / schedule, solution architecture and development.
  • Specifyneeded software improvement and adaptions.
  • Design and configureapplicationworkflow and UI byusing BREdefinitions(Business Rules Engine)
  • Accountable to managethe project Implementationand rollout of new Services and Products to the country or individual customers
  • Review periodically customer solution in cooperation with Sales Teamto validatecurrentrequirement coverage and describe gaps if any as well as potential implementationsteps
  • Coordinate between Customer and Audatex
  • Management of project scope, timeline and resources
  • Testing and acceptance process, incident management
  • Handover to service desk department, being compliant to SLA and keep customer satisfaction high by managing incidents professionally
  • Scan market and analyze products of our competitors on a regular basis
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of professional experience inproduct and project management.
  • Proven record of industry experience (along the entire Vehicle Claims Management Process, i.e. Dealer, Body Shop, Expert)is an advantage
  • Experience of complementary technologies used for developing applications including Java, XML, SQL, etc.
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agilemethodology
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others at all levels of the companyand customers,both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues in laymen’s terms
  • Affinity for an innovative product management approach
  • Affinity for data analysis and derivedconclusions
  • Software:Microsoft Office (word, excel, project, power point)
  • Language capability:German, FrenchandEnglish(read, write and speak)is a must. Lowest priority of the 3 languages is French, Italian would bea nice add on.
