We are looking for Senior Event Project Manager to join our Events department in Marketing Squad. By working with Breitling teams, external agencies, celebrity managers and suppliers, you will contribute to constant creative development of live communication event formats. You will be also occasionally responsible for leading our Events Squad during absence of the Global Head of Events. In your position, you will report directly report to the Global Head of Events.

Main tasks:
  • Lead of live as well as digital communication events (conception, planning, organization, and implementation)
  • Budget management, monitoring and optimization
  • Onsite execution and smooth delivery of events
  • Independent management of third parties (partners, agencies, production companies)
  • Team lead in absence of Global Head of Events

Your profile:
  • You have 5-10 years of work experience in Events Management/Marketing area out of which 3 years as a team leader/supervisor
  • You are an experienced Project Manager
  • You have experience in show business & management (in area of fashion, luxury, music, sport industry)
  • Experience in event agency is a must
  • Knowledge of languages – fluency in English and very good understanding of German and French are a must
  • Experience in working with SAP and Salesforce would be a great benefit for you
  • You have a passion for watch/jewelry industry
  • You hold bachelor / university degree, or you have other special / additional education in the field of Events Management/Marketing
