We are looking for an Event Specialist who can support our Marketing Event Management team with his/her can-do approach and solution oriented mindset in Event Management. You are well organised, show strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as intercultural competence. You will report directly to the Manager Events and support the team ideally from beginning of April to end of December 2022.

Your tasks

  • Support of the event team in planning and organising digital and physical internal and international events as well as international trade shows
  • On-site support at the international events as well as digital support for online events
  • Search on venues and suppliers as catering, transportation, and coordinate materials (e.g. communication, gifts, social media, etc.) to execute a high-quality event
  • Chance to organise smaller physical and digital events with being responsible for the whole project management
  • Administration of the Event Calendar

Your profile

  • Commercial education with further education in Marketing
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in event management
  • Digital and technical knowledge is a nice to have
  • Good project management skills and proven ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High expert in using Excel as well as Power Point
  • Excellent English and German skills, both written and orally
