Your field of responsibilityWe offer you a challenging role as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Credit Suisse Trust. In this role you will primarily be responsible for complex calendar management, including coordinating internal and external meetings, video conferences, conference calls. You will organize international business trips with multiple destinations, business-related appointments, visa applications. You coordinate expense and invoice processing in My T&E Tool (Concur) for business trips and other business-related expenses and organize large corporate events (such as CS Trust year-end event) as well as off-site & on-site events
Additionally, you send out communications on behalf of the CS Trust CEO and track absences for the CS Trust CEO. To round of your area of responsibility you will provide administrative support in numerous projects.

Your skills and experience

- Several years of experience in a similar function
- Talent for organization and a very precise, structured and efficient work approach
- Ability to set priorities, independent working style and a sense of responsibility
- Strong ability to cope with pressure in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Proactive approach, flexibility and high self-motivation
- Strong commitment as a team player and very good interpersonal skills
- You understand the importance, and have demonstrated awareness, of compliance and risk control
- Solid knowledge of the MS-Office package
- You are fluent in English and German, any other languages are a plus
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
