VRM Switzerland is a young, successful and rapidly growing tech company in Dübendorf (Zurich, Switzerland), which develops, produces and promotes next-generation training simulators and services for helicopters and potentially other ground-breaking applications.

In order to support our management team, we are looking for a motivated (Executive) Management Assistant personality to start immediately or by agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the management in all administrative, operational and conceptual matters
• Preparation, participation and follow-up of management meetings
• Preparing and handling internal communications
• Organizing and following up on events and business trips
• Handling tasks in the area of office/workplace resources management
• Coordinating deadlines, monitoring pending issues and organizing meetings and events
• Preparing presentations and documents for the management
• Collaboration in projects

Checklist for skills required for onboarding with VRM Switzerland:

• Commercial training or studies and relevant professional experience in a similarly demanding assistant function
• High sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills and high service orientation
• Hands-on mentality, high flexibility and the ability to assess priorities correctly
• Very good German and English languages, both written and spoken
• MS-Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Native German, and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Responsible and economical way of thinking and acting
• Resilient and motivated personality with a high level of self-responsibility, as well as very good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
• Motivation to learn new things
• Team player

A plus would be:

• Knowledge of Odoo (ERP)
• Aviation and start-up experience
• Further languages
• Passion for aviation
