We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner located at our Zurich facilities.

The HR Business Partner coordinates the day-to-day operations of Human Resources for the assigned organizational units. Reports to the Vice President HR EMEA and assists with the implementation and administration of policies, procedures and programs.

Description/Tasks:
  • Accountable for all operational HR matters of our Zürich facilities (approx. 200 employees) and acting as the main contact person for line managers and employees
  • Support and guide the line managers in all HR processes such asTalent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organization & Talent Reviews, Compensation and workforce planning
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and employeesin various change processes
  • Grow the talent pool by hiring and retaining top talents within the defined area
  • Implementing and ensuring the HR strategy, guidelines and processes of Jet Aviation
  • Provide customer-focused support to address all HR related issues and concerns
  • Resolve employee questions, concerns and grievances
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to ensure ongoing improvements
  • Support the optimization of a professional, service-oriented and efficient HR management process on a constant basis
  • Maintains accurate employee information, monitors and acts on global key HR metrics
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Qualification/Experience:
  • University degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience
  • Several years of experience in a comparable function as an operational business partner in an international matrix environment
  • Able and comfortable to work in autonomy under high pressure and fast changing environment
  • Strongly customer focused, proactive and adaptable team player with a pragmatic way of work with a high service orientation
  • Strong project management competences
  • Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
  • Very good knowledge of the Swiss Labor Law – other country is beneficial
  • Excellent communication competencies (written and spoken) in English and German
  • Experienced handling of MS-Office and HR-IT-systems (SAP/Success Factor knowledge is an advantage)
