To strengthen our Talent Attraction and Acquisition Team in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Tehcnology Recruiter.

In this function you will support your stakeholders to find and hire the right talents and coordinate the Swiss recruitment activities together with your Recruitment colleagues located in Zurich and Geneva.

  • As process owner, you are responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Recruiting for technical roles with the goal of creating a “best in class candidate experience” and engagement to find the best talent for EY
  • Conducting interviews and organizing assessment centers is also part of your daily business in order to help the interviewers in the selection process
  • In addition to handling direct applications, you develop innovative sourcing strategies and approach potential candidates proactively on social media platforms
  • Market mapping and competitor analysis in order to keep the business up to date about potential candidates
  • Supporting partners and senior hiring managers to build up a recruiting pipeline of both graduate and experienced candidates
  • Attending career fairs and University events to represent EY together with other colleagues

What you can contribute - skills for shaping the future
  • 3-5 years of experience as professional Recruiter in a multicultural environment, ideally as inhouse recruiter as well as within a recruitment agency
  • You have a solid understanding of technical roles and current recruiting trends
  • You are an open-minded person with interests in technological, social and economic challenges of EY’s clients in the market
  • Experience in active sourcing is essential (LinkedIn, Xing)
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills and with experience in handling challenging stakeholder requests as well as in delivering high quality results under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and first experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Taleo)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
